Students
will choose randomly on stations with multiple skill sheets.

Practical skills evaluations at the Basic Life
Support level will be completed on all Advanced Life Support and Basic Life
Support personnel on May 14, 2005 at the East Campus of Western Piedmont Community
College. Testing will be beginning at 0900 hours. All personnel should plan
to arrive on time or slightly ahead of schedule. In order to receive credit
for this training, personnel must begin at 0900. A 100 question written exam
will be given to all First Responder personnel. To allow for preparation, the
testing skill sheets are located on the left and can be printed or saved to
your computer.
Testing Rules
The following rules will be
in place to assure accurate and complete competency of all personnel:
- No books allowed in testing area.
- No cell phones will be allowed to be turned on
during test and while in the test area.
- All pagers and radios need to be placed on
vibrate or silent.
- No talking or discussion of test questions in
the testing area.
- Testing will begin at 0900.
- All personnel who receive an unsatisfactory
score will be allowed one re-test attempt that day.
- Anyone found to be non-compliant with these
rules will be ask to leave immediately and will be suspended from First
Responder Program pending investigation.
